Lexington Park

The 89-apartment property provides unparalleled quality adjacent to The Villages, an upscale retirement community in Central Florida. Lexington Park offers luxurious accommodations and active recreational programs and intellectual enrichment.
Lexington Park will be licensed for extended congregate care, providing the most complete assisted living services in Central Florida. Its personalized care enables seniors to preserve their independence and prolong a stimulating lifestyle. Lexington Park includes a secured memory care unit.
Hampton Manor
The Hampton Manor family of assisted living communities is well established in Central Florida. The seven properties are noted for their well kept amenities, close-knit social life, caring staff, and personalized service.
